Dr. Kaytee Brenes:

grew up in Mission Viejo. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and then attended UC Davis for veterinary school. She graduated from Davis in 2004. Wanting to become an even better doctor, she headed to VCA West Los Angeles to complete a 1 year Medicine and Surgery Internship. Since then she has been practicing at veterinary clinics in south Orange County. She lives in Trabuco Canyon with Craig, her children, a Great Dane, a Whippet, 4 goats, 1 turkey, and chickens that make fresh eggs every morning. She saw the need for more personalized veterinary care for the pets and families of the area and decided to open Our Pets Vet in 2009.

Kaytee has had show Great Danes. Maya was in shows starting at 6 months. But due to health problems as a puppy she had stunted growth. Blanche was her second show dane. Blanche was handled by Diane Collings in Northern California and won several shows. She finished at 14 months with a Best of Winners at an Arizona Great Dane Specialty beating over 60 danes.

Dr. Suzy Link

graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph, Canada in 2000. She practiced veterinary medicine in the Toronto area before moving to California in 2002. Dr. Link loves to witness the special bond between her wonderful clients and their furry family members. She strives to provide the highest quality of care for all of her patients, and to make each visit as stress-free as possible. She enjoys all aspects of her profession, but has a special interest in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and feline medicine.

She and her husband Josef became proud parents to their son, Noah, in 2009. They also have four furry family members of their own, including a one-eyed Chihuahua Mix, two Devon Rex cats, and one American Shorthair cat. In her spare time, she enjoys home decoration, scrapbooking, running and cycling.

Bryan Wurtz:

is a veterinary technician. He grew up in Mission Viejo and dogs LOVE him. He has been in the field for many years. His dog Kahlua is a shepard cross who is deaf but is a very smart girl who follows hand signals.

Emily DiNunzio:

is a fantastic receptionist and veterinary assistant. She has been a veterinary receptionist for a few years now and you can really feel her love of animals and people. She has a Golden Retriever named George.
